"C" -Series with option "I" for intrinsically safe systems
(EEx ia/ib IIC T6)

BETA has it's "C" -Series switches with option "I" certified by KEMA acc. to EN 50 014 - 50 020 for EEx ia OOC T6 or EEx ib IIC T6.

This option includes all required installation materials like a blue coloured EEx i - approved terminal block and the (standard) earth terminal.

Option "I" meets all requirements of BS 5501 / EN 50 039 (EEx) which are related to insulation, clearance, creepage distances and enclosure type whereby a max. peak voltage of 90V is allowed.
