This Testbench is designed for testing Butterfly Valves. The testbench is consisting of :

• Hydrauic clamping unit up to 150 mm (6 inch)
• Control unit
• Closed water circuit with LP-pump
• High pressure pump up to 40 bar
• Pneumatic sequence control

Following tests are possible:

• Body test with water max. 40 bar
• Analysis by watching gauge
• Seat test with water from both sides max. 40 bar
• Analysis by watching gauge
