Test bench Type "KS4" is duty to carry out body-and seat-pressure-test at all kind of 2/2 way valves up to DN150mm (6"). Axle of clamping is horizontal in order to test control Valve with Mounted Operators.

In standard version test bench is consisting of :

• Control unit with all necessary equipments to handle test pressure
• High Pressure Water pump up to 250bar
• Clamping unit, hand moved for valves up to 150mm (6")
• maximum test load 250kN
• one set sealing heads for valves with DIN/ASA flanges
• Gauge and regulator up to 6bar for opening and closing the control unit of the test valve

Test bench is designed to carry out body-test with hp-water. The bench is specialized to make seat-leak-tests with air.

Test medium :

• Water up to 250bar from integrated High pressure pump
• HP-air up to 200bar from bottles at side
• LP-air from workshop up to 10bar (145psi)
