The testbench is suitable to clamp valves with flanges up to dia. 300 mm ( 12” ).Testbench has a closed water circuit with vacuum-pump, a low pressure pump for pre filling the valve with water, a high pressure pump up to 250 bar water pressure, a connection to lp-air (workshop-air appr. 6 bar). Following tests can be made with this Testbench:
- Body test wit hp-water up to 250 bar ( 3.600 psi )
- seat-test only from one side with water up to 250 bar ( 3.600 psi )
- seat-test with air from workshop ( 6 bar) from one side
The max. allowed test pressure is depending of max. test load = 190 tons and dia of test specimen:
Diameter valve DN < 200 250 300 mm
Max. test pressure 250 200 160 bar
Length of test body: max. 1000 mm, min. 150 mm
Max. width of test body: 700 mm
Weight of testbench: appr. 3.000 kg max. weight of test body: 1500 kp
Motor of testbench: 1,3/1,8 KW, 440 V, 50 Hz, speed of movable traverse: 320/640 mm/min
